Returns

You may request a return only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • You receive an incorrect product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and invoices.

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Consumable laboratory items that have been opened or used.

  • Customized, OEM, or special-order products unless they have a manufacturing defect.

  • Products damaged after delivery.

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval. We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Replacement

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund if:

  • The product is defective.

  • The wrong product was shipped.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

Replacement is subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error or a manufacturing defect, we will arrange or reimburse the return shipping cost where applicable.

If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the Return Policy will apply where eligible.
